Workers or PortZilla for port forwarding?

Hello everybody!

I need to forward my.domain.com requests to : and found out I can use three features:

  1. Enterprise account , costly
  2. Workers @ 5$/10 million req
  3. PortZilla @ 4$/month

I think portzilla is the best solution, but i would like to know if there are any additional costs/drawbacks. I read on some threads here that it probably relies on Workers itself so must I pay for that as well? ( porzilla 4$ + Worker 5$ )
