No increase in CPU time on bundled? Makes it hard to actually do anything with the higher KV size. (Until Workers unbound arrives from beta)

So is lower latency now the only reason to operate a static site on the $5/month Workers Bundled plan rather than this newly free access to KV? Wondering if I therefore can end that subscription after the current billing month ends.
