Workers GitHub integration not working with a repo that was moved between orgs

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

I have a GitHub repository that was initially created in one GitHub organization, deployed to Cloudflare Pages, and then moved to another GitHub organization. After the move this repository continued to work with the Pages GitHub integration, however the Workers GitHub integration is not functional. When a Workers project is linked to this repo, events from GitHub (e.g. opening a PR, pushing to a branch, pushing to main) are not received by Workers builds. Other repositories in the organization work with the Workers GitHub integration, the repository works with the Pages GitHub integration.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • Reinstalled the Cloudflare GitHub app multiple times as suggested by GitHub integration · Cloudflare Workers docs
  • Renamed the repo, reinstalled the Cloudflare GitHub app
  • Filed support case #01463883 on 4/8/2025, I have not received a response.
