Workers.dev can't be resolved when using Netvigator (ISP) in Hong Kong?

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

I deployed a Cloudflare worker but can’t access the URL. My ISP is Netvigator in Hong Kong. If I VPN (using expressVPN) then it works

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Use a third party VPN service. Don’t even need to VPN outside of Hong Kong

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Be on a HK Netvigator IP space.
  2. Deploy a Cloudflare worker (use the Hello World example)
  3. Try to access it

Hello,

Can you do a trace on that expected zone.
example.com/cdn-cgi/trace. Then run a MTR on the IP we present then do it from that ISP then paste the results in here? Along with any specific HTTP status code.

That will help us determine what could be happening with connectivity.
