What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We have workers setup to put sites in maintenance mode. It looks like they have stopped. When I try to add a new site it shows Route pattern must include your zone. Problem is the zone is not the URL. So if a site is abc.com it won’t work unless I put abc.com.zone.com which is not the website so the maintenance page will not show.

Can you use real domains and explain how the traffic reaches your Cloudflare zone if the website in question is not part of your Cloudflare zone?

It is in our zone. This was working fine but now all of a sudden it is not

The website we are trying to add is ago.imiscloud.com

Our zone is asidevops.com.

People do not go to ago.imiscloud.com.asidevops.com.

This is one that was added awhile ago but I can’t edit it because of the error.

Ok, I just tried doing the same and I can replicate this error. I’ll notify support about this.

This error is usually only shown if you don’t have Cloudflare for SaaS enabled. However, using a domain outside your zone requires using Cloudflare for SaaS, so I was confused as to how this happened for a moment.

Ok thanks. Yeah, nothing as far as I am aware has changed on our end.

In the meantime, you can create a Route via the API. I’ve just tested that and it works.

Do you know how long until it get resolves in the portal or what caused the problem?

Probably not until tomorrow, can you use the API as a workaround for now?
