When I checked in Worker Function Metrics, I can see that I got “Exceeded CPU Limit”

Update: I decided to delete the worker and create a new Pages and redeploy the code. Now no 503 error in the next 24 hours. Can I assume that when we purchase a Worker Paid plan, we need to recreate the Worker/Pages and redeploy it?
