Does Workers KV support any form of increment / decrement counter set-and-forget?

AFAIK there is no such functionality yet, however there is a product request at Support increment/decrement operations (atomic counters) in Workers KV

Yeah, unfortunately atomic counter has been discussed a few times, Cloudflare wants to do it but not as a priority.
