What is the issue or error you’re encountering

the worker gets hundreds of requests per day even if it’s private and not publicized in any way.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

yesterday I changed the worker name. today I found it got 200 requests!! how is that possible? nobody knows about this worker and I am the only user (and I did not use it!!)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

no idea… my other workers have 1 -2 requests this one gets hundreds.

It is, whenever an SSL certificate is generated (as it will be for a new Worker) your hostname appears in the certificate transparency logs and a bunch of bots (some good, maybe some bad) will hit your site.
