Worker Editor does not recognize changes

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

reloaded, re-entered, started from scratch

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Enter worker quick edit
change code
try to deploy => deploy button is disabled
try to send in preview => old code is being used

I understand CF is trying to push people towards using wrangler and the API, but doing that by breaking existing functionality is really pushing me elsewhere instead of to the API.

Hey,

There was a change made to disable the auto-saving in Quick Edit. It’s currently being re-enabled but until that is rolled out you can ctrl+s/cmd+s after changes which will save the file and act how it did before.
