Wordpress website is not sending emails since I switched to CloudFlare

I recently switched to Cloudflare and my website is unable to send emails. Whenever there is a new order I am not getting an email. I installed Check Email plugin and it is giving me this message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”.
I am using HostGator if that can help.

I read a lot of them and none if worked, I am not sure if I am unable (unskilled) to do that or what, for that reason I posted picture so someone could help me and tell me specifically what to do.

I checked posts such as this one (The mails from my website are not being sent - #4 by sdayman) , and I did what they said but nothing.

If you pause Cloudflare, does the issue go away?

You can pause Cloudflare from the Overview tab of the Cloudflare Dashboard, bottom right under Advanced Actions.

No, does that mean that the issue is not related to Cloudflare?

That means it is either a DNS issue or something on your site/server unrelated to Cloudflare. Your DNS generally looks fine to me…

Hi @zoombackdrops,

Regardless of how you solve this issue, I’d strongly suggest you remove the image from your OP or else replace it with an edited version that obfuscates your origin IP address. Hiding your IP address is important, and since this is a public forum, you’d want that your site IP address is not made public – here or elsewhere.
