Wordpress update fails when CF enabled

Wordpress fails to update when CF is enabled.
We have (on same hardware server) a development (dev) instance
On dev instance Wordpress update works normally, on instance using CF it always fails.

Opened a ticket, and got only some lame autoresponder trying to get me to fix the problem myself - It seems paying hundreds of dollars per month to CF does not provide any support except this community option - which apparently is free - go figure.

Anyone here can help?

May I ask if you are on a Business plan with that particular zone?

How about pause mode? May I ask if you tried to add your origin host/server IP at the IP Access Rules with he action “allow”, just in case?

What error do you get? 521 or some different?
