Wordpress SSL issue with API

Hi !

We use the Wordpress extension with Cloudflare.

Since we start using cloudflare, our shipping extension for WooCommerce stopped working. After some back and forth with the technical support of the shipping provider, they figure out their API was unable to exchange informations with our woocommerce due to a SSL issue. We had a SSL certificate issued through cPanel and it worked fine. I tried to setup the Cloudlflare provided SSL certificate and it still causes an issue. Now the tech support told me it’s because it’s a temporary certificate. Can someome help me on this one ?

I am not sure which SSL are you referring to.

Client <==> Cloudflare Edge (Edge certificate) <==> Origin server (Origin certificate)

We had a SSL certificate issued through cPanel and it worked fine.

I assume this is origin certificate

I tried to setup the Cloudlflare provided SSL certificate and it still causes an issue.

Do you mean you are trying to upload Cloudflare origin certificate?

Or you are trying to upload certificate to Cloudflare Edge as custom SSL?
