Cloudflare does not have FTP because Cloudflare is not a hosting provider. While it’s possible to host a site on Cloudflare in some limited circumstances, you can’t host a WordPress site on Cloudflare at all, and Cloudflare has nothing to do with the “critical error” your WordPress site is showing.

You need to contact your WordPress site’s hosting provider instead – the folks you’re paying to host your website.

Your domain’s registrar is Melbourne IT (https://webcentral.au/) but I can’t say if they’re also the ones hosting your WordPress site or not. Check your past emails, invoices or credit card statements if you are still in doubt.

Note that your hosting provider uses cPanel and, as an alternative to FTP, you can use the File Manager utility in cPanel to access your WordPress site’s files and disable plugins as well. As with FTP, you need to get your cPanel login credentials from your hosting provider.

And if you have further problem with this after disabling your plugins, please head over to the WordPress support forum to get help from the WordPress developers and support community: Forums | WordPress.org

Good luck!

Oh, Thanks alot George.

I thought it would be with Cloudflare since there was an account with them with the domain connected to it. I’ll look into the recommendations you provided to me.

Thank you for your time
