That error don’t seems to be coming from Cloudflare end, but to make sure, please check your Cloudflare WAF analytics and events. If there’s any mitigated request, check the reason and modify your WAF rules to not block yourself for example.

If there’s no mitigated events from CF end, it’s coming from your origin server.

Check if you don’t have any firewall, php settings or even hosting settings at your origin side blocking yourself.

When I work on a client’s site that uses Hostinger, for example, I always have a certain number of issues, because they themselves block certain requests by default, even if neither me or the client hasn’t configured anything…
