WordPress APO Caching Enhancement

I’ve been trying out the WordPress APO for a few days and definitely see a huge difference in speed and origin server data transfer. There are two areas where additional built-in caching would be useful: 1) RSS feeds, and 2) the call to the WordPress theme customizer. With the two “cache everything” page rule URLs below, I’m able to get to a 100% cache hit rate, but adding these to APO seem pretty justifiable to me. RSS aggregators can obviously be very aggressive with frequent checking, and customizer settings change infrequently.
