I cannot access the wordpress admin panel because it is in error state along with the website, cloudflare does not offer direct file system access I think, so what can I do to solve this issue?

Nothing, don’t know what to do.

cloudflare does not offer direct file system access I think

That’s because Cloudflare does not host your site’s files at all, and cannot provide you “direct access” to files on some other company’s servers

You need to contact your hosting provider for instructions to access your site’s files to fix your problem. This is the company you’re actually PAYING to host your WordPress site, which cannot be Cloudflare.

Your domain’s registrar is NameCheap, but I can’t say if you’re hosting your site with them as well or if you’re using some other provider for hosting.
