What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare won’t authenticate me as human, so I am locked out of my online banking website.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I restarted Chrome and it worked once, but now it is back to not working. It also does not work on Safari.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Are you still encountering this? What browser are you using? Is it up to date? If still an issue try a different browser and/or try incognito mode.

I cannot reproduce using chrome on ios

Yes it still occurs. It was fixed momentarily last time I logged in, then failed again today. I use Chrome, which is up to date. When I logged into incognito mode, it worked. Thanks for the suggestion.

What extensions do you have? Do you by any chance have an anti virus other than windows defender on your PC?
