Wix cannot connect my domain due to Cloudflare NS

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am using Wix for my website. I added their DNS to my records, however the two Cloudflare DNS still show and I cannot select those to delete them. This is prohibiting Wix to connect to my domain. Please assist.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to DNS/ records. I cannot click into or delete these NS:
NS cartman.ns.cloudflare.com
NS rosa.ns.cloudflare.com

You cannot change the nameservers of a domain registered with Cloudflare Registrar, this is indicated at the time of purchase.

You can point at your Wix site using your Cloudflare DNS as here…

If you want to change to Wix nameservers then you will need to transfer your domain out to another registrar after the 60-day transfer lock expires.

I took all steps to “point” and it did not work.

Check with Wix - your DNS records are not proxied so you are using Cloudflare for DNS only…

According to Wix they cannot do anything on their end. Are there any steps I personally can take to resolve this?

That doesn’t make any sense, your DNS records just point at Wix, Cloudflare isn’t involved after the DNS resolution. If the DNS records are set as Wix require then it is something on their end. Make sure you are on the correct Wix plan that allows pointing as in their document.

I can post a screenshot of my dns records here for more information, if that helps. I don’t really know if that helps or if that is generally dangerous. Please advise. Thank you

They just point to Wix.

So, to be clear, it should not be a problem that the 2 cloudflare name servers are still associated with the domain?

Yes, I am on the correct plan. I guess I will try to contact them again. I appreciate the assistance.
