They took money from the card, and did not even ask anything. In general, I didn’t even want to extend the ABM plan … Nowhere are there any marks, no check-box about the automatic extension.
Theft. I will write a statement to the police!

Who? Which ABM plan?
What is who?
Normal missile defense plan and ARGO Tunnel. Last month I paid, I didn’t want this month, because I don’t see the point.
Why did they arbitrarily withdraw money from a credit card? I didn’t give my consent!
I was asking whom you were referring to, as it was not clear that you seem to talk about Cloudflare.
Which service did you sign up for? Typically all services need to be cancelled from your side, if you dont wish to use them anymore. It is a typical subscription. Cancel it and you will be fine. If you dont cancel in time, of course you are getting charged.
And he could not even imagine that there was such disgust.
I am not 5 years old, I pay a lot of services on the Internet, make purchases and so on. But for the first time this happened to me.
Usually, bona fide companies invoice for payment when the deadline expires!
I am really not sure what you are talking about. Who is “he”?
You signed up for a Cloudflare service, is that right? That is a subscription and will run until you cancel it, just like a million other services out there. Simple as that.
What is the difference whether a subscription is valid or not.
When you come to the store: do you pay the seller for the goods or does the seller take your wallet and give money from there?
This is the whole point. I myself would decide to pay for the service or cancel the subscription.
Here they did it this way: They simply took money from the card to a quiet place and that’s it. And they didn’t even ask anyone …
A subscription is charged as long as it is running. You said you are extremely familiar with services on the Internet, so it wont be necessary that explain that to you.
I really do not know what you are complaining about. The costs are clearly mentioned at Get started · Cloudflare Zero Trust docs and https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000224192
If you sign up for a service and then forget to cancel it in time, you really have to blame yourself and not the service provider.
I will not argue with you, especially since it is absolutely useless.
I think you have people like me a lot. That and earn.
Equipping any business, these are satisfied customers. This also applies to the quality of the services provided and the amount of payment for these services. And I, as your customer, am far from happy with your service charging policy!
@konstantin.melnikov1, sorry for the trouble you encountered. As @sandro mentioned, if you don’t want the service you just need to cancel the subscription. I see two active subscriptions on your account, in another month the charges you were surprised to see from 8/29 will appear again…unless you cancel the subscription.
If you have difficulty in canceling the subscription or understanding why items appear on your bill, contact Cloudflare Customer Support, they are the only ones that can assist with billing questions.
