With out changing nameserver how to point to cloudflare

customer is not ready to update the Name server to Cloudflare , They are ready to add A record Cname record , is their any option we give entry to existing dns record without changing the name server , so that request will come to cloudflare ?

Yes, you can do so with a CNAME setup.

This requires a business plan however.
