Hi there,
If I have a Business Account with custom (vanity) Nameservers and my customers pointed their nameservers to my ns1 and ns2:

  • Can I issue my own SSL certs for my customers’ domains with LetsEncrypt/Certbot automation?
  • Can I change their DNS settings, e.g. adding a TXT record with Acme validation?

No. Vanity nameservers are for your business domain. Not for the management of a DNS server for/on behalf of other domains. Your customers can’t point to your vanity nameservers.
