Hi community,
We have an issue where the SSL cert served by Cloudflare does not work for Chrome and IE on Windows XP because it uses the TLS_ECDHE_xxx Cyphers. It does work on Firefox (I had to set up a VM to get to the bottom of this). There is a good write up on stack overflow of what the elliptic curve cryptography issue is:
The only thread I could find on the community forums which is kinda related to this was this one which was auto-closed on 3rd Jan this year:
https://community.cloudflare.com/t/https-not-support-in-chrome-windows-xp/47776/17
In this thread they talk about a Legacy SSL option, which I can not see in our control panel (We are on the pro plan).
Does anyone know how/if this can be fixed? The only option I can think of is a using our own custom SSL certificates, which would require moving up to the business plan.
Unfortunately as a business and have clients which use this old technology, and they are converting/buying our products, so we need to support it.
