Will there be differences in bot mitigation, if we are in CNAME partial setup vs Full setup?

Super Bot Fight Mode will work the same way in either scenario. The only difference of note is that it can only protect the single hostname used by a Partial (CNAME) setup, where a Full setup would allow you to use it with additional hostnames in the same zone.
