Will pro plan fix this issue? (randomly responds very slow)

I’m using free plan and quite satisfied with the speed because the loading speed from all over the world became much faster than before (I tested on https://dotcom-tools.com/website-speed-test.aspx

But there’s one issue and actually big issue that website randomly responding really slow and it’s very noticeable
when I keep clicking different inner pages of my website and testing page load speed

sometimes it’s not even responding for like 3~4 seconds before starting page load

is it because I’m using free plan which shares resource with other people?

Will this issue go away if I upgrade to pro plan?

This is most likely because of an issue on your server and upgrading wont fix that. You need to check what configuration might be off on your server and fix that instead.
