I want to add local() to @font-face output by cloudflareFonts.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

In cloudflareFonts, it parses GoogleFonts and outputs @font-face, but is it possible to add local() so that it does not download font files if the fonts are local?

I saw an article about Noto fonts coming standard with Windows, so I have checked it out.
