Will IP Access Rules affect Managed rules?

Will Firewall -> IP Access Rules affect Firewall -> Managed rules?
Eg if I white list an IP in “Access Rules” and then from this IP starts bad action, will it trigger WAF/ OWASP rule?

Hi @xcromigor,

As far as I can tell, if the IP is whitelisted through Firewall Access Rules, it will be bypassed by any other security mechanism.
