We just installed the accessiBe plugin in our WordPress website for website accessibility, WCAG and ADA compliance. I want to make sure Cloudflare doesn’t block this plugin from scanning our website to do its job. Anything I need to know or do with Cloudflare?

Cloudflare aims to support all internet plugins and applications by developing on standard practices.
There may be some applications which do not work as intended, due to either the application’s requirements or Cloudflare’s implementation of certain products.
For example Rocket Loader.
In which case the solution is to simply turn the feature off from Cloudflare.
Please test your plugin and if you do see a specific bug or anomaly which should work as documented here:
Please raise a ticket or you may even contact the application developer to see what could be causing the issue.

This looks like a WAF query.
