Why won’t it let me enable Argo?

I am trying to enable Argo for my website but it’s not letting me. What is this about?

I’m unable to replicate this. On Safari/iOS (latest), I get this:

Do you have a valid payment method on your account?

Also, are you signed up directly with Cloudflare or maybe through a hosting partner?
