This domain is on clientHold and inactive at the registrar. Why is a question you will need to take up with them.

Thank you very much! I really appreciate your help. But I’ve been trying to talk to them for 4 hours, and no one answers. 12 hours ago, I couldn’t get into Cpanel or email. And they answered me this:
