What specific “problem” are you referring to?
If you mean the red “API Request Failed” message at the bottom of your screenshot, this is likely related to the ongoing API and dashboard issues: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
If you’re referring to the DigiCert deprecation notice at the top, that’s just that: a notice to let you know Cloudflare is parting ways with one of their CA partners. This is not really a “problem”, and no action is required on your part.
And if you’re referring to the “Pending Validation TXT” status, sometimes certificate issuance gets delayed and you may just have to wait it out a bit. If it’s been pending for a couple of hours already, then please take a look at the resource below for possible causes and suggested remediations.
