Why "Please enter a valid domain"

Hi,

I am trying to ‘add site’ but I keep getting this message (please see image attached). I have tried several times. Our domain name has been purchased over a week now and I am typing in the domain name manually without any spaces. I have tried this with inputting the text with www.r15finance.com and r15finance.com. Could you please tell me why this is happening and what can be done to fix this error?

It did let me enter that (I typed it in by hand). I suggest you try a different browser/incognito mode/other device.
