Why pending name server update become delayed?

Hello all, I am newbie in Cloudflare community. I need help to get an information. I have updated name server 2 days already but not yet activate. Cludflare showing “pending name server” still now. I want to know about how long it will take to activate?

You need to update the nameservers at your registrar, but for the entire domain. You might have put them into the existing DNS records, which isn’t correct.

Thanks for your reply. I have replaced it two days ago TMDhosting name server to cloudflare name server. Is it ok or not? please inform me. Thanks
