Why our one webstie SSL/TLS encryption mode only can select: Flexible

One website buy SSL/TLS Edge Certificates, but this webstie only can select mode is Flexible, Full mode will let not have www page have :“Not Found HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.”, if select:Full (strict), all webpage can’t open.
Why?

What is the web server you are using (Apache, Nginx)? Can you share the virtual host configuration?
