Why New IP replace by old IP in DNS Record

Recently I have migrated a site to cloudways from NameCheap. And gradually I changed the DNS Record. I put the cloudways IP instead of Namecheap. But in a certain period it may 3-4 hours or above cloudways IP Replace with Namecheap IP. As a result website fault in 520 errors.

In this circumstances how I recovery the problems.
Notable I’m in free plane.

They’re probably using your API key to make that change. I suggest you Change your Global API Key.
