Why my sub domain records return wrong IP with proxy off

Hey guys.
Suddenly my sub domins records return wrong ip with proxy off and I don’t know why.

  1. What domain?

  2. What status does it show, below the domain, on the front page of the Cloudflare Dashboard?
    → https://dash.cloudflare.com/

  3. If you scroll down on your DNS records page, what name servers are you assigned to?
    → https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records

  4. Can you share a list, perhaps a screenshot, of the record(s) you have issues with, so we can see how they appear in your Cloudflare Dashboard?

  5. How exactly did you test it, or otherwise end up on that conclusion, that they return the wrong IP?
