Why my DKIM records are automatically appended with domain?

My DKIM records from Microsoft Exchange are appended with “.automaize.pl”

  2. Verify DKIM signatures on dkimvalidator.com. Here signature is failing
  3. Verify DKIM signature in “original email” on GMAIL. DKIM is failing
  4. Triple checked DNS records in Cloudflare.

  1. Open https://dkimvalidator.com/
  2. Send an email from my domain to generated email in this portal
  3. Open results after 30 seconds
  4. Check DKIM signature

That’s how it is supposed to be. Every DNS record you create will always end with your domain.

Thanks for quick reply. Assuming requirements from Microsoft documentation, I shouldn’t have it added. As you can see on screenshots, DKIM are failing for my DNS. Does “.automaize.pl” added in selector1._domainkey influence if DKIM fail or not?

Yes, you should. All DNS records need to have your domain at the end, or resolvers wouldn’t find it.

You said Microsoft verified the record was good, so if you still have problems, you need to discuss those with Microsoft.
