Why is your billing service so bad?

Everytime I try to purchase one of your plans , whether by card or PayPal, the payment just gets stuck in a loop and doesn’t complete.

I have never come across such a useless payment system and even worse customer service. We live in an age of Fintech, surely you can find a proper payment gateway to process transactions efficiently. And hire some fing support agents, half the world are working from home.

Telling us to look for an answer is ridiculous. Stop being lazy.

I bet you’re blocking a script on the page, I’ve never had a problem

Not that I’m aware of. Honestly, wouldn’t know where to check that.

Turn off adblockers on that page

Thanks. It wasn’t that and all other sites payment gateways work just fine with it on. I sorted it out through my hosting company. Cheers
