I know and I’ve done it, setting the name server

Are you sure you did? It looks like they’re still pointing at Namecheap

It looks like they are changed now, maybe you just had to reapply it (or namecheap/the register was just being super slow).

With any luck, Cloudflare should notice the change and activate your site within a few hours
