Why is my POP3 / IMAP not connecting after domain name DNS change to point to Cloudflare

Hello,
I pointed my domain name DNS to cloudflare DNS and all my POP3 and IMAP emails stop working,
i had try updating the respective the ports number corresponding SSL/TLS and still unable to connect outlook and mobile devices.

It should be noted, when i edit my domain DNS to revert to previous settings, all resume working well.
Urgent help needed.

Hello,
I did follow the tutorials and set the MX record as directed (I hope). but still can’t connect
it should be noted that mails are accessible on webmail, only outlook and mobile devices cant connect using POP3 or IMAP.
my domain is cdc-cameroon.com

Sorry, assuming you are using the naked domain or mail.domain.com you didn’t.

Unproxy :grey: the DNS record which is responsible for mail handling. Step four in the linked atricle you followed.
