I can’t use the domain name on Microsoft 365 because cloudflare has not remove or delete the domain name. Please delete everything avdp.org.sl from your nameservers or servers. It is really frustrating

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Remove dom name and deleted account

You need to change the nameservers at your domain registrar to whoever you want to manage your DNS. They still point at Cloudflare…

I don’t know how those records got to your nameservers or any of your
servers because I did not recall doing any configuration in
cloudflare.Please help me, it is frustrating.

Only you can remove the nameservers from your domain registrar.

Take a look at the nameservers, on the cpanel, they are still pointing to hostgator. This is frustrating. DELETE the domain please!

That’s irrelevant. The .sl zone delegates to Cloudflare nameservers for your domain. The only way to change that it is to edit the settings at your registrar.

No-one but you can do this, it is not possible for Cloudflare to do anything about it. I suggest you contact your domain registrar if you don’t know what you are doing.

Changing name servers for your domain is done by email. Please send a request to registrar [at] nic.sl. The request should be issued from the email address of the Administrative or Technical contacts

Please understand, the domain nameavdp.org.sl) was registered at nic.sl by the company(fix solution) that designed and developed our website site. I have no direct contact with nic.sl. I only have access to the cpanel via an account they gave me.
I subscribed(free plan) to Cloudflare to try their DNS filtering features but I did not change any nameserver(s) nor activate the subscription.
I only realized that the domain name is pointed to Cloudflare nameservers when setting up a Microsoft 365 subscription. This is very strange to me, especially so when I never change any nameserver configuration.

Then you will need to contact them and ask them to help you to change the nameservers.

Someone has changed them twice in the last 22 days according to securitytrails.com…
