Why is it so hard to cancel a memberSHIP and down grade?

I’ve been trying for a month to cancel my pro and change it to a free acct. all I get is to read all the info that doesn’t help. I have a Pro acct, but I only need a Free acct. all the money you make you need phone service. no that would mean some work for your workers. I hate all this reading and the fact that you dont have phone service. ONLY to keep monies and not answer questions on the PHONE

In the dashboard on the right side there is a button to change your plan.

Click that and choose “Free” on the screen that appears.
