Why is domain invalid in Cloudflare portal?

Why is an account “invalid” ? I have 36 accounts with cloudflare. In the status column only one is invalid, yeshemprug.com. When I attempted to access DNS I got a 404 page not found message. Never happened before. So I removed the account, re registered yeshemprug.com I am now able to access DNS and have edited as per my needs. But still I am seeing an Invalid status, and also asking to change my nameservers from default issue zeus and and fiona to jim.ns.cloudflare.com and paris.ns.cloudflare.com

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have spent time with siteground support, the wordpress site is up and configured properly. if you bring up the domain https://yeshemprug.com. I have no idea and have searched this where it says on my list of domains is invalid, yet it recognized current and past cloudflare nameservers.

Are you sure that you are in the correct Cloudflare account for the domain? Do you see the invoice for the registration in the billing section?

Yes I am absolutely sure cloudflare is the registrar for the domain, the screen cap is from my registered domains. and it says it is current was that not in the screen cap?

I only have one cloudflare account and I am current on all of my bills
