Is this an IP address you have blocked? Why would you expect it not to be allowed?

The IP address is configured to be allowed on all my sites. I don’t recall every configuring such a thing. I thought perhaps it was part of a cloudflare service. I guess I will delete it and see what happens. The ip will still be allowed, because I have no rules configured; it just won’t be “explicitly” allowed.

Thanks for the response and the link. There is nothing special at all about my sites. They are almost all static content and open to the whole world with no restrictions. I deleted the mysterious IP address rule and have not noticed any impact.
