Why im receiving [email protected] in while ive set [email protected]
Cloudflare doesn’t host sites, so you would want to check with your hosting provider.

i contacted my hosting provider and they ask me to ask cloudflare since my namesevers are directing here
We’re they asking you to find recommendations for a new hosting provider? Because hosting your DNS has nothing to do with your WordPress config. I’m sure someone here can recommend a better host if that was their intent.

they said the issue or my site sending [email protected] is from Cloudflare
Email has nothing to do with Cloudflare, they only direct web traffic to your website and thus cannot control email in anyway.
If you receive email from Wordpress at the wrong address either the host needs to fix this in a way or at your Wordpress installation you will need to correct the information.
As @OliverGrant already said this is not something Cloudflare has any influence on.
Maybe direct the host to this thread/topic if they really believe it is an issue with Cloudflare and let them explain what is going wrong with the email from their point of view. Though I can’t think of any reason Cloudflare has anything to do with this issue.
