As the full error message indicates you will need to contact the site owner to resolve. Cloudflare provides a security service to websites. The configuration and mana management of that service is done by the website operator. Cloudflare cannot comment on why a request was blocked or change settings put in place by a website operator for obvious reasons.
Thank you but I’m blocked from Cloudflare not the owner because the site is protect by cloud flair and I can’t contact with owner of this site
Cloudflare is the tool the owner uses to provide security. It’s not Cloudflare that has configured it. You can try doing a whois lookup for an administrator contact or a Google search to determine how to contact them. But the settings and management of security settings are not done by Cloudflare itself nor can they modify those settings.
This is the first time that done to me . I will try to do this thank you for help
