Why I can't open my domain?

Hi there.

A while ago, I was trying to see my domain when I received this:

Authentication error (Code: 10000)
Your account does not have access to this resource (Code: 1003)

But my domain is on the list of the dashboard.

Any suggestion?

Maybe a temporary glitch. That is a case for a support ticket though.

I’m trying to request a support ticket and it redirects me to the dashboard saying “Select an account”, but the funny fact here is I don’t have any account to select in the list!

Choose the last section at the bottom of support.cloudflare.com/requests/new. Was this where you attempted to open the ticket?

Yes it is.

If you cant submit a ticket, send an email to their support@ address from the email address you are using to manage your domain.

I entered to the page and I stopped the load before it redirects me, it seems it worked.

Okay, I’ll try that.

Okay, Cloudflare haven’t answered me yet. Any idea?
