I have dynamic IP, i could understood that managed rule is affecting, as i did filter with ray id.
I just want to understand, what managed rule is actually affecting? What is the option for me to skip my ISP or something so that it doesn’t show this error.

The Community #tutorial in my pervious reply contains detailed instructions. You should find the reason in your Cloudflare logs by searching the Ray ID.
