WHY? Error 1014 CNAME Cross-User Banned

Hi Community,
Can someone help me out with this problem.
One of our clients got this message when she wanted to open our website…

and when I checked DNS I see that something really happened to our CNAME (that was not there before)

What should I do?

Error 1014: CNAME Cross-User Banned

What happened?
You’ve requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is prohibited by security policy.

Yes, I see that but what should I do to fix it?

I don’t know if this will work (it may cause other issues since it’s not a verified fix) but this just came to mind! Try setting the CNAME records to “DNS only” (If it shows a warning symbol change it back as it is exposing IP’S)
