why dont they dont give support to invoice and payments related issue? my ticket is pending since 1 month

why dont they dont give support to invoice and payments related issue? my ticket is pending since 1 month and they are not even replying , i am not able to see new generated any invoice and cant pay for my service and now they are going to stop my paid service

i have closed another ticket it was pending since 1 and half month , i have created this 2 weeks ago.

He copy pasted the bot answer,without undestanding the actual problem. now i asked him to understand the problem but no more reply.

the problem is that i am using cloudflare worker since april but i cant pay the receipt of may,june,july and aug because there is no receipt there of these month. and they are going to stop my service because of non payment.

i guess they closed my ticket already.

i have new one and ticket number is 01068126.

I’ve pinged the team again with the new ticket as well. Please do not open another one since it might be difficulty to track & trace among them.
