Why don't I have the ability to add Railguns to my account?

I’m reading documentation here: https://www.cloudflare.com/docs/railgun/administration.html

I’m trying to activate Railgun on my account but I don’t seem to have any options to activate Railgun for my account at: https://www.cloudflare.com/a/account/my-account/

I’m supposed to see some sort of Railgun listing page?

I’ve installed all the software for my server but I can’t figure out how to get an activation token for railgun.conf.
